Region: Pretoria


Purpose


To act as an internal business partner by providing Human Resource services to each department and employee through recruitment and selection, payroll services and employee relations

KPAs / Key Outputs


  • Provide recruitment services to NRCS
  • Oversee and maintain NRCS payroll
  • Co-ordinate Human Resource Development
  • Facilitate Employee Relations and Performance Management
  • Compile Human Resource reports, documentation and statistics​

  • Qualification / Experience


  • National Diploma (NQF Level 6) or equivalent in Human Resource Management
  • 2 years in a Human Resource environment
  • Knowledge


    Good knowledge of various legislation affecting employee relations. Including but not limited to: -

             - Basic Conditions of Employment Act

             - Labour Relations Act

             - Employment Equity Act

             - Skills Development Act

             - Skill Levy Act

         Principles of personnel recruitment, selection,

         induction, training, compensation and benefits and personnel information systems​

    Behavioral Attributes


    ​Communication skills – written and verbal; Assertive; Conflict management skills; Time management; General administration skills; Adaptable; Rational thinking; Problem solving ability; Customer service orientation.
